**Job Overview**: The Quality and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the overall quality of patient care, operational efficiency, and the implementation of best practices in hospital services. This role involves managing quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring that hospital operations run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. The manager will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to maintain high standards of patient care while optimizing hospital processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Quality Management**:

- Lead the hospital’s quality improvement programs, ensuring adherence to national and international healthcare standards (e.g., JCI, ISO).
- Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes and implement necessary improvements to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met across all departments.
- Conduct regular audits, reviews, and inspections to assess quality performance and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Implement corrective actions to address non-compliance or substandard practices.
- Lead root cause analysis for patient safety incidents, including tracking and managing adverse events.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor key quality indicators.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource management across departments.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize hospital resource utilization, staffing, and inventory management.
- Ensure that the hospital complies with local and national regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor hospital budget and financial performance to support cost-effective operations.
- **Policy Development and Training**:

- Develop, implement, and update policies, procedures, and guidelines that support quality care and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions for hospital staff on quality standards, operational best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Lead efforts to create a culture of continuous improvement within the hospital.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to align quality goals with patient care objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on hospital performance, quality metrics, and operational improvements to senior management.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies, accrediting agencies, and healthcare consultants to ensure hospital compliance.
- **Patient Satisfaction and Advocacy**:

- Lead initiatives to enhance the patient experience, including improving wait times, communication, and overall service delivery.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a patient-centered approach is always maintained.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
