Position: Java Architect

Location: Pune/Hybrid

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain APIs and integrations with various systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy complex software systems.
- Design and implement large-scale systems and architectures.
- Actively participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Java development with a focus on Java 8 and above.
- Experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka.
- Strong experience in designing large-scale systems and architectures.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, and other cloud platforms.
- Experience with MongoDB
- Expertise in multi-threading and other advanced techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.
