**Job Title: VMware Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Infrastructure Management**:Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware infrastructure including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and associated components.

**2. Virtual Machine Management**: Create, provision, and manage virtual machines (VMs) according to business needs. Monitor VM performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

**3. Resource Optimization**: Monitor resource usage such as CPU, memory, storage, and network bandwidth. Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization and performance.

**4. Backup and Recovery**:Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for virtualized environments. Test and validate backup procedures regularly to ensure data integrity and availability.

**5. Security Management**:Configure and maintain security settings for virtualized environments. Implement access controls, encryption, and other security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.

**7. Capacity Planning**: Forecast future resource requirements based on business growth and usage patterns. Plan and implement capacity upgrades as needed to accommodate expanding workloads.

**8. Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate documentation of VMware configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity, and security compliance.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
