**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure products comply with **FSSAI**, **FDA**, **Codex**, or other relevant national/international regulations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of food safety, labeling, and packaging laws.
- Prepare and review **product dossiers, technical files, and submission documents** for regulatory approvals.
- **Product Registration & Approvals**:

- Ensure approvals are obtained before launch and renewals are completed on time.
- Coordinate with R&D, production, and quality teams for necessary documentation.
- **Labeling & Documentation**:

- Review product labels for compliance with regulations (ingredients, nutritional information, claims, allergen declarations).
- Maintain a repository of regulatory documents, approvals, certificates, and licenses.
- **Internal Coordination & Support**:

- Advise marketing, quality, and production teams on regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for teams on compliance matters.
- Support audits, inspections, and certifications.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Keep track of regulatory changes and assess their impact on products.
- Prepare periodic reports on compliance status, product approvals, and any regulatory issues.
- Liaise with consultants, auditors, and government authorities as required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: B.Tech/M.pharma - RA/ in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in Regulatory Affairs in the **food, nutraceutical, or FMCG** sector.
- **Knowledge**: FSSAI regulations, FDA requirements, Codex standards, labeling, claims, and product approvals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
