Billing & Purchase Executive (Fire-plumbing)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Billing Responsibilities**:

- Prepare client and subcontractor bills (RA bills, final bills) based on site progress.
- Cross-check BOQ, work orders, and measurements for billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with project/site engineers for work certification and progress validation.
- Maintain billing trackers and support documentation, and submit bills on time.
- Liaise with clients for bill approvals and follow-ups for payments.

**Purchase Responsibilities**:

- Procure fire-fighting and plumbing materials (pipes, valves, sprinklers, pumps, CP fittings, etc.).
- Identify and evaluate vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices.
- Issue purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of materials to sites.
- Track inventory levels, delivery notes (DCs), and material inward/outward records.
- Ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards.

**Documentation & Coordination**:

- Maintain accurate records of bills, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor payments and taxation compliance (GST, TDS).
- Support audits with documentation and reports.
- Communicate regularly with project teams for updated requirements and status.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in commerce, engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in billing and purchasing, preferably in fire & plumbing/MEP projects
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- standard procurement practices.
