Position : Fundraising Ambassador

Location : Hyderabad
- Key Responsibilities
- Represent LLI professionally in public spaces (malls, tech parks, metro stations, events, offices, etc.)* Initiate meaningful conversations with potential donors about LLI’s mission and impact* Present information about our programs clearly and persuasively* Secure donor commitments for monthly or one-time contributions* Maintain accurate donor data and submit daily activity reports* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets* Participate in regular training, performance reviews, and team briefingsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily Conversations Rate (DCR) - Minimum donor interactions per day* Conversion Rate - % of conversations resulting in signups* Debit Success Rate - Retention rate of monthly donors* Street Productivity - Average signups from on-ground campaignsRequirements
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills2. Confident, positive, and persuasive personality3. Passionate about education and social causes4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team5. Comfortable working outdoors and in public spaces6. Age: 18 years or older7. Previous fundraising, marketing, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatoryBenefits

This is a field-based role requiring direct public engagement in high-footfall locations. Fundraisers may work in varying weather conditions and will be expected to travel to different venues as assigned.

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
