*Key Responsibilities**:
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, triggers, functions, and complex SQL queries.
Perform code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between requirements and solutions.
Provide support for production issues, including performance tuning and bug resolution.
Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to modernization initiatives (e.g., migrating from Oracle Forms to web-based platforms).
Prepare technical documentation, including high-level and low-level design documents.
Work closely with DBA and infrastructure teams on deployment, version control, and backup strategies.
Stay updated on Oracle technology stack and best practices.
- *Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years* of hands-on experience in *Oracle Forms and Reports development*.

Extensive experience in *Oracle PL/SQL*, including performance tuning and writing efficient, scalable code.
Strong understanding of *Oracle RDBMS architecture*, data modeling, and relational design.
Experience in end-to-end SDLC, including requirement gathering, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Proven experience in *leading teams*, managing deliverables, and mentoring junior developers.
Familiarity with *change management tools*, *version control systems*, and *CI/CD processes*.
- *Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:
Knowledge of *Unix/Linux shell scripting*.
Experience integrating with *web services*, *REST/SOAP APIs*, or other third-party systems.
Domain expertise in sectors such as *port & terminal or supply chain & logistics projects*.
- *Soft Skills**:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
