Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support Tickets: Manage and resolve customer issues using a ticketing system, ensuring proper tracking, prioritization, and resolution of each case.
Problem Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Customer Follow-up: Ensure prompt follow-up with clients to guarantee their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the solution provided.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical, sales) to ensure quick and effective solutions for the customer.
Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to improve the overall customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and hindi.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently.
Experience with CRM or support ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic technical knowledge or ability to quickly learn technical products and services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer support roles is a plus.
