JD for SF PMGM:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
- Working with clients to understand their unique business needs and developing customized employee central, Performance Management and time off and time sheet configurations to meet those needs- Providing ongoing support to clients in the maintenance and troubleshooting of their time off configurations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including other SuccessFactors consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of time off functionality with other HR systems and processes
- Translate business requirements into system design specifications.
- Understanding of BOT and AI Framework
- Good knowledge on SF APIs
- Work with CPI and BOT development teams to ensure successful implementation of system designs.
- Create detailed project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements specifications, design documents, and testing plans.
- Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system design and implementation, with a focus on SuccessFactors.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360.
- Minimum 1 End to End implementation experience in SF PMGM including experience should have basic knowledge of other modules
- Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work with SAP Provisioning
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- SAP Certification is must
- Ability to travel as needed

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 5years to 12years (preferred)
