**What you’ll do**:

- Perform in-depth research of the job market and our competitors’ content
- Create engaging, high-quality articles for our blog
- Maintain communication with our content manager to ensure your content aligns with our goals
- Follow our guidelines and preserve our brand’s voice in every piece of content
- Optimize your articles to make them relevant, engaging, and SEO friendly
- Make sure your content fits the search intent in a compelling and unique way
- Propose new topics or approaches when necessary
- Help us optimize and curate our publ

- A language expert who knows when to follow and when to break the grammar rules

- Familiar with current SEO trends and best practices
- Passionate about personalized, unique, conversion-drive content

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in content writing
- Spotless grammar and writing skills
- Bilingual / Native English proficiency
- Familiarity with SEO best practices (not just RankMath and YoastSEO guidelines)
- Capacity to follow guidelines and meet deadlines

**_Desirable, but not essential: _**
- Experience with Content optimization tools and keyword research tools (especially Surfer and Frase)
- Knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Airtable or other project management tools
- Experience with content strategy, blog strategy, and WordPress
- Experience in the employment niche, especially in the job search industry

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
