- Experience in SRDF and time finder configuration in EMC storage environment
- Strong Knowledge on Performance analysis factors of Storage Arrays
- In-depth knowledge of using SYMCLI
- Experience in Designing, Configuring and troubleshooting Fabric Environments constituting Brocade / Cisco switches.
- In-depth knowledge of managing and administering ECC
- Certification on EMC technology is an added advantage.
- System administration experience on HPUX or Sun Solaris, and knowledge on Volume Manager Concepts would be an added value.
- In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Configuration management and Change Management processes.
- Certification on EMC Storage technology is an added advantage.
- Good skills on performance optimization.
- Solving complicated Hardware cases and Liaising with Hardware Vendor/EMC support
- Advanced trouble shooting skills and identify the severity of the issue, Ability to Resolving issues quickly to account/customer satisfaction and Prepare RCA
- Provide operational support on a 24x7 rotation basis.
- Should have scripting knowledge.
- ** Administration and troubleshooting of** CIFS shares and NFS Exports.**:

- ** Experience on Storage provisioning LUN creation, Masking, Mapping of EMC VMAX/PMAX and Unity arrays.**:

- ** Experience with EMC Powerpath for Path fail over and Load balancing.**:

- ** Experience on Unity upgrade and SP reboot activities.**:

- ** Working on code upgrade activities (Vmax, Pmax, Powerscale and unity arrays )**:

- ** Experience on EMC tool like **EMC Navisphere & Unisphere, SMC & Solution Enabler, Isilon GUI & CLI and Cloud IQ etc.**:

- **Experience in Managing and administration of Cisco MDS and Brocade SAN switches.**:

- ** Experience in all firmware upgrade activity of Cisco and Brocade SAN switches.**:

- ** Work experience in Storage DR Activities fail over and fail back operations.**:

- ** Experience in Panzura Cloud Storage Administration.**:

- ** Demonstrated experience working with all Panzura product line like Freedom NAS, Freedom Archive,Freedom Collaboration.**:

- ** Installation Configuration and Integration of Panzura Filers with physical platform, Amazon VM,Azure and Vmware**:

- ** Experience with Active Directory administration tools and utilities.**:

- ** Experience in Panzura CloudFS management.**:

- ** Administration knowledge on Dell IDRAC**
