PLC Development and MaintenanceDesign, program, and maintain Rockwell ControlLogix PLCs with redundancy at all levels, including hot and warm redundancy systems.Implement and troubleshoot distributed network configurations using Rockwell hardware and softwareSCADA System DevelopmentDevelop and manage SCADA systems using FactoryTalk View SE, including:Building global object librariesConfiguring alarms and eventsDeveloping VB scripts for automationPerform SCADA migrations, integrations, and optimizations to support operational requirementsHistorian Development and MaintenanceBuild, maintain, and refresh systems in FactoryTalk HistorianEnsure seamless data collection, storage, and analysis for decision-makingSystem Redundancy and ReliabilityEnsure redundancy at all levels (control, SCADA, and Historian) to maximize system availability and minimize downtimeSystem Integration and ArchitectureCollaborate with teams to understand system architecture and implement solutionsLead integration with third-party systems using OPC UA Client/Server protocolsWork with OEMs to resolve technical challenges and optimize system performanceNetworking and Cybersecurity (Preferred)Configure and maintain secure industrial networks, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standardsApply knowledge of VM and host platforms to manage virtualized environmentsLeadership and Team DevelopmentProvide technical leadership to the team, mentoring and grooming junior engineersConduct training sessions to enhance team skills in automation and Rockwell ecosystem toolsDocumentation and ComplianceDevelop and review detailed project documentation, including P&IDs, system architecture diagrams, and SOPsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
