Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing menus and answering any initial questions.

Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring special dietary requirements or preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.

Provide recommendations and suggestions on menu items, taking into consideration guest preferences and any specials or promotions.

Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and quality.

Check-in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly and courteously.

Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

Process payments accurately and efficiently, using POS systems and handling cash transactions in accordance with company policies.

Collaborate with other staff members, including kitchen and bar staff, to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as setting up food stations, garnishing dishes, and refilling condiments.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotional offers to increase revenue and enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

Stay up to date with menu changes, daily specials, and restaurant promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of food and beverage items, including preparation methods and ingredients.

Basic math skills for handling payments and making changes.

Familiarity with POS systems and order-taking technology is a plus.

Physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
