**Location**: Saket, Delhi **Days-**5 days (WFO) **Experience**:3+ years **NirogStreet is looking for**: UI/UX desginers who can create designs which works for our customer. Our engineering team at NirogStreet is enabling the digital adoption in alternative medicine by providing technology solutions. We are building a trusted digital platform for Traditional & Alternative Healthcare Professionals which provides access to Community, learning, patient management, CRM, Marketing and B2B and B2B2C ecommerce. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and process - Strong knowledge of design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus - Flexible, Organized and self-sufficient **Responsibilities**: - Conduct user research and design testing to inform design decisions - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with business and technical requirements - Present designs to stakeholders, obtain feedback and make necessary adjustments - Continuously iterate and improve design solutions based on user feedback **About NirogStreet**: NirogStreet is India's first and only platform to make Ayurveda trusted and mainstream by working with the doctors and all the stakeholders.
