**Job Title: Dance Level Designer (6 months contract)**

**Job Description**:
**Game to be worked on**:Just Dance

**Game description**:Just Dance is a motion-based dancing game for multiple players, with each game including a collection of songs each with their own dance choreographies. During each song, players mirror a dance performed by actors on the screen, following commands that appear on the screen, and are awarded for their accuracy.

Ubisoft Pune is working in collaboration with Ubisoft Paris and Ubisoft Shanghai studios to create the level design for Just Dance games.

**Job Summary: -**

A Dance Level Designer should have high judgmental skills and good dancing skills. Should be able to test the game with different energy levels and type of dancing to make sure the scoring feedback is fair. Excellent communication skills will be important.

**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Responsible for assigned maps’ delivery with quality in the assigned time.
- Tweaking and Testing the song with different test cases and taking a call on the accuracy of scoring so that the scoring is fair and balanced.
- Playtest the songs of other LDs and give them feedback.
- Ensure that the quality of work is always maintained
- Learning the choreography of the received songs perfectly.
- Be able to Capture their own takes when required to add in the game while tweaking scoring.
- Performing basic troubleshooting for any issues faced during the entire score level designing process.
- Communicating efficiently with local and collaborating teams.

**Qualifications**:
**Job Requirement: -**
- Should be passionate for dancing and posses good dancing skills.
- Should be technically sound, be able to easily work with basic PC softwares like Microsoft office, teams etc.
- High level of concentration and judging skills.
- Technically strong and spontaneous in handling minor issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (to motivate and interact with the dancers, play testers and collaborating studio team members.)
- Sound knowledge of different dance styles is a plus.
- Should be able to perform the dance moves present in-game perfectly.
- Should be able to work autonomously once trained.
- Should be creative.
- Have a positive can-do attitude.
- Gaming interest is a plus.
- Should be a quick learner and able to do multitasking.
