This is a Full Time position and reports to the VP Business Optimization.

**Your mission**:
Webscale is a leading managed services platform. Its fully optimized, highly secure and reliable automation platform streamlines the migration and management of ecommerce storefronts in any public cloud, including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.

As we extend our business, we are looking for an Account Executive who enjoys hunting new logos and setting records. You must have a track record of success generating sales through personal contact, prospecting, business case justification, demonstrations, phone calls, reference selling and written proposals. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from lead identification through contract negotiation, signing and transition to customer success.

**What we’re looking for**:
The Compliance Officer of Webscale establishes and monitors the policies and procedures required for Webscale to maintain multiple externally-audited compliance programmes, and to help maintain the privacy and security of Webscale’s information and infrastructure for both the company and its customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure PCI DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA compliance is maintained as requirements evolve and new products are developed
- Coordinate and project manage PCI DSS, SOC and HIPAA audits, and penetration tests, with external vendor(s)
- Collaborate extensively with CTO, Engineering, Support, Operations and IT to maintain security controls that align with compliance requirements, and to monitor recurring compliance activities are performed and documented
- Prepare policies and procedures as needed to support security controls and practices
- Coordinate and manage personnel security training
- Identify risk assessment and risk mitigation criteria
- Perform risk assessments regularly and report findings to executive management
- Track risk incidents and insufficiencies to ensure remediation
- Perform internal audits of the company’s policies and procedures

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- ICACA CISM certification or equivalent certification or experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Pragmatic approach to compliance, understanding the intent and where alternative solutions can achieve the same outcome.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to mentor others.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with e-Commerce hosting using various cloud providers
- A passion for learning and staying current with the latest technologies
- Familiarity with automated governance and compliance solutions, e.g. Drata, Vanta

**About Webscale**:
**Salary Range & Benefits**:
The Salary Range for this position is ₹3,168,000 to ₹3,326,400, and includes any applicable performance-based bonuses. The range for the posting reflects the minimum and maximum range of salaries for the position offered across all India locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, competencies, relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for equity. Other rewards and benefits include: medical insurance, earned annual leave and holidays.
