Role Overview
- Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models for various business problems.
Work with large-scale datasets, perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Explore and implement Generative AI techniques for advanced use cases.
Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and real-time inference.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and contribute to research and development efforts.
Communicate technical findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or related field from Tier 1/ reputed College.
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
Generative AI: Experience with models like GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures (GPT, LLaMA, BERT, etc.).
Mathematical Foundations: Strong knowledge of linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization techniques.
Data Handling: Experience working with structured and unstructured data, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques.
Cloud & Deployment (Optional but Preferred): Exposure to Azure, AWS, GCP, or model deployment frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Docker is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to approach complex business challenges with a structured problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working on real-world ML/AI projects, Kaggle competitions, or research publications.
Experience with MLOps, model optimization, and deploying models in production.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
