**Job Title
- IT Support/Desktop Support Technician**
**Job Timings
- 10 am to 4 pm (Mon-Fri)**
- Troubleshooting technical issues including hardware troubleshooting and Voice/telephonic troubleshooting.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software including formatting laptops.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Google Workspace.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults including any hardware issues like
- RAM upgrade, SSD upgrade.
- Prior experience in Access Provisioning, CRM Software
- Maintaining hardware inventory stock.
- Minimum qualification
- Graduate or diploma in relevant IT domain
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Be available for on-site support during agreed-upon hours/days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
