Billing and Controls

Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
Process food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently and responsibly.
Maintain an organized and accurate cash drawer, ensuring no discrepancies.
Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Support other team members during peak hours or as needed.

**Job Expectations**:
Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Trustworthy, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.

**Minimum Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
