**Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Opportunity Assessment and Ideation**:

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in AI Healthtech.
- Network within the healthcare ecosystem to source valuable AI insights and trends.
- Develop innovative AI strategies to address key challenges in health tech.
- Validate AI ideas through user interviews, research, and experimentation.

**2. Validation and Launch**:

- Project planning, management, and implementation with Engineering team
- Coordinate with clinical, product, and marketing teams to devise strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics for pilot projects.

**3. Operationalization and Repeatability**:

- Provide strategic support post-launch, including KPI development and strategy refinement.
- Research and adopt best practices in AI use-case validation, testing and launch.
- Design and implement processes for the identification and scaling of AI ideas & use-cases.

**Requirements**:
**at least1. Education and Experience**:

- PhD, master’s or bachelors’ degree in AI, ML, Computer Science, or related field having at least 2 years of work experience and 1 year in AI.
- Demonstrable experience in AI research and implementation.

**2. Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks & ML tools, frameworks & libraries
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI services.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.

**3. Professional Attributes**:

- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills for daily interactions with experts, leaders, and users.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at problem-solving based on first principles.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, iterative approach to work.
- Knowledge or interest in digital health is preferred.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, especially in growth-oriented roles.
