Position: Customer Support Executive (Inbound)

Type: Full-Time (24/7 shift, rotational off)About the Role:
- Deliver product and service information to customers, resolving their issues effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work 24/7 shifts with rotational offs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in customer support tools and systems.
Preferred:
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
**Experience**:
- Inbound voice: 1 year (required)
- Customer support: 2 years (required)
