**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training needs analysis by collaborating with department heads, HR, and L&D teams.
- Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) tailored to different levels within the organization (junior to executive).
- Develop training materials, handouts, e-learning content, and post-training assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and follow-up assessments.
- Coach individuals and teams on improving communication and soft skills.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in corporate communication and adult learning.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communication, English, HR, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Corporate Trainer or Communication Coach, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design effective learning modules tailored to specific corporate audiences.
- Proficient with tools like PowerPoint, LMS platforms, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
- Certification in Training, Coaching, or Communication Skills (e.g., Dale Carnegie, ICF, ISTD) is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,794.69 - ₹36,042.18 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
