Position: Project Coordinator Executive

- Worked with Interiors / Architects

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To monitor Project from order login to site completion
- To Prepare Handing over document base on client requirement
- To assign the sites and daily task activities to Project Eexcutive/ Site engineer.
- Check and clear the Contractors bills on time
- Should coordinate with Factory team, sales Team & projects team for site completion
- To ensure the material delivery from factory to project site/ client place
- Update the Daily report & weekly report to Project Head
- Maintain the company / Factory related certificates
- To follow up the pending/ Snags for clear the payment
- Assiting the Project Head

**Mandatory Skill Requirements**:

- **Fresher** or 0.6- 1.5 year experience
- Advanced skills in MS Excel/Word /Power Point.
- Good Analytical skill, Report Writing Skill and presentation skill.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Problem Solving & Negotiation skills.
- able to join immediately.
