**Job Summary**:
As a Google Business Profile Intern, you will work closely with the Google Business Profile team to support various initiatives aimed at helping businesses maximize their online presence. You will assist in ensuring that businesses have accurate and up-to-date information displayed on Google Search and Maps, ultimately helping them reach and engage with their target audience more effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Management**: Assist in managing business data on Google Business Profile, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
2. **Customer Support**: Provide support to businesses in managing their profiles, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their presence on Google platforms.
3. **Content Optimization**: Work on optimizing business profiles to enhance visibility and engagement, including updating business information, photos, and responding to customer reviews.
4. **Analysis and Reporting**: Assist in analyzing data and metrics to track the performance of business profiles, identify trends, and provide insights to improve strategies.
5. **Documentation and Training**: Contribute to the development of documentation, guidelines, and training materials for businesses to effectively utilize Google Business Profile features.
6. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Google, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to drive initiatives and improve the Google Business Profile experience for businesses and users.
**Qualifications**:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus.
Passion for technology, digital marketing, and helping businesses succeed online.
**Duration and Location**:
This internship position is typically offered for a duration of 3 to 6 months and may vary based on business needs. The position may be based at Google offices or offered remotely, depending on location and current circumstances.
