Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. *Medical Records Management*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. *Data Entry*: Enter patient data into electronic health records (EHRs) systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
3. *Record Retrieval*: Retrieve patient records as requested by healthcare providers, ensuring timely and efficient access.
4. *Record Filing*: File and maintain patient records in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
5. *Quality Control*: Conduct quality control checks on medical records, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies.
6. *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines, organizational policies, and industry standards.
7. *Communication*: Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders to resolve medical records-related issues.
**Requirements**:
**Education*: Diploma or Associate's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or a related field.**
**Experience*: 0-3 years of experience in medical records or a related field.**
*Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in electronic health records (EHRs) systems and Microsoft Office.
