**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage **Google Ads** campaigns including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping ads.
- Conduct **keyword research** and competitor analysis to build effective PPC strategies.
- Write compelling ad copies and create high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for better **CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate**, and ROI.
- Set up and manage **remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking**.
- Analyze campaign performance using **Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools**.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience in **Google Ads** campaign management.
- Strong understanding of **PPC advertising**, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with **conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager**, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver results within the allocated spend.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other paid platforms like **Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads**, or **Bing Ads** is a plus.
- Certification in **Google Ads** is a plus
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
