We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our dynamic team at Ecomount Builders. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Present and promote our products to prospective buyers.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding prices, financing options, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Guide clients through the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and generating repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
