Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through various sources such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and online research.
- Present product or service offerings to prospective clients, highlighting their features and benefits. Address any queries or concerns raised by the customers.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase market share.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions and Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends to enhance product offerings.

- Confidence & good presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the home loan sales experience

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
