**Company Description**
The Consolidation Associate is responsible for performing consolidating the financials of a region after performing the proper elimination of Inter co, Equity. Following up with countries in case if any country has submitted with remainders and ensure that the same is cleared before submitting the pack to the Corporate, under the umbrella of the Consolidation Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
a) Connect with all the countries to ensure that they submit the country level packs to the
consolidation team on or before the stipulated time
b) Ensuring that countries are submitting the packs with good quality
c) Providing support to the countries for the quality submission of the pack
d) Perform the inter co reconciliation on P&L side to ensure that there is no IC profit included
e) Perform Equity reconciliation
f) Submit the consolidated financials after all eliminations and checks to the Corporate on time
g) Collecting / Creating the back-up for the all the topside posted
h) Perform Checks on the Investment in Associates that we reported in our books is in line with
the Audited Financials of Associates / JV’s

A Little bit about you

A Successful Consolidation Associate will achieve a balanced co-ordination and seamless execution of all Consolidation related activities for his / her regions. S/He will have delivered on all process governance and dashboard. S/he will have met or exceeded expectations of all Consolidation related Metrics / Dashboard and ensure solid controls are in place to provide quality pack to the corporate.

Qualification

❖ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / CA or ICWA Inter / CA or ICWA

❖ 2 - 3 years of Experience in accounting of a Multinational Company

❖ Experience in ERP Systems (SAP and HFM)

❖ Excellent Analytical Skills

❖ Strong knowledge on Financial Accounting / different types of Equity and its concepts

❖ Working knowledge of accounting concepts under U.S. GAAP and preferably with IFRS and SOX compliance

❖ Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy while meeting strict deadline

❖ Effectively manage time and priorities and work efficiently ❖ Self-motivated and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

❖ Proven interpersonal and communication skills

❖ Proven problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to take action in solving issues

❖ Strong customer service orientation: need good listening and communication skill
