**Job Summary**:
Raigad Hospital and Research Centre, Karjat, is seeking a compassionate and qualified **Clinical Psychologist** to provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and therapy services to patients across various age groups. The psychologist will play a critical role in supporting patients’ mental health recovery, working closely with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed psychological assessments, diagnostic interviews, and psychometric testing for inpatients and outpatients.
- Formulate individualized care plans and provide evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, supportive therapy).
- Work with patients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, substance use disorders, and neurocognitive conditions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment as needed.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation as per hospital policy.
- Educate patients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Contribute to awareness programs, mental health camps, and outreach activities conducted by the hospital.
- Participate in academic discussions, case conferences, and continuous professional development initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- M.A./M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university.
- Registered Clinical Psychologist under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong internships in hospital settings may also apply).
- In-depth knowledge of psychological testing, DSM-5/ICD-11 diagnostic criteria, and therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent patient communication skills, empathy, and resilience.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
