**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- **Advise / Consult clients for Domestic plan -** This includes all travel-related requirements which are to be carried out in a proficient manner and in accordance with Uniglobe Grand SkiesTravel’s Procedures, Standards and account specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Travel Policy.
- **Client Relationship **- Associate will be a one stop shop for the client and will be responsible for ensuring flawless customer service to be provided to the clients.
- **Handling end to end travel requirements for the traveller**:

- Creating bookings/Cancellations/Reissues/Refunds etc.
- **Process and complete travel requirements (from initial enquiry to file finishing)**:

- as requested by corporate clients in accordance with their travel policy and relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA). This covers all aspects of travel including air, accommodation, car hire, insurance, visa, foreign exchange etc.
- **Profile Updating**-Action amendments to client Profile by ensuring information are queued to appropriate department for updating.
- Proactive response to clients per the agreed SLA
- Active participation in the training program and all other company activities to keep oneself abreast with the traveller product enhancements.
- Deliver exceptional and professional service to members and clients by identifying, responding to and satisfying their needs in a timely manner.
- Supervise the day to day operations of the office including but not limited to managing staff and resources within your office; liaising with team members to ensure files balance, and that issues areraised with Accounts team to resolve; ensure daily banking process is completed, and any discrepancies resolved.
- Coach and mentor all team members to develop their skills and increase business opportunities.
- Actively seek new opportunities to increase UGST customer base through participation incommunity promotional activities and sponsored events.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of all products, services and systems to ensure provision of superior service and maximise sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
