**Job Title**:Expense Compliance - Operations Team**

**Experience Required**:1 to 3 years**

**Work mode -C2H -Hybrid**

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Qualification**: B.Com / MBA preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Review and audit employee expense claims to ensure compliance with company policies.**
**Validate corporate card transactions and ensure proper documentation is submitted.**
**Reconcile discrepancies between reported expenses and supporting documents.**
**Communicate with employees to clarify expense-related queries or non-compliant submissions.**
**Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee reimbursements.**
**Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.**
**Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to improve expense management processes.**
**Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews and outcomes.**
**Required Qualifications**:
**Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.**
**1 to 3 years of relevant experience in expense compliance, reconciliations, or finance operations.**
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
**Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.**
**Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.**
**Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.**
**Preferred Skills**:
**Experience with SAP Concur, SAP/HR, or similar financial tools.**
**Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables).**
**Familiarity with corporate expense policies and regulatory compliance.**

Pay: ₹170,245.56 - ₹951,231.68 per year
