Job Description Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform system administration tasks on the Salesforce platform, including User creation and setup, sandbox setup, data loading /updates, managed package installation and upkeep, and Salesforce Setup configuration
- Participate on the Rocket Software Salesforce Scrum Team, including declarative (point-and-click) development activities, including Page Layout updates, Lightning page changes, Process Builder / Flow creation and updates, Profile / Permission Set updates, and other non-coding development activities
- Work with and maintain the Rocket Software Salesforce runbook, which details recurring tasks for maintaining system health
- Learn and work with additional systems related to the Salesforce implementation at Rocket Software (Kantata, DocuSign CLM, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Marketo, etc.)
- Writing documentation to guide team members and other Rocket employees
- Application administration of Kantata SX on the Salesforce platform
- Kantata configuration changes, including (but not limited to): user administration, UI changes, workflow, reporting, security model, etc.

Required Qualifications:

- Should have 3+ years of experience, minimum 2 year's experience in administering Salesforce
- Salesforce Data Loader experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work on less-defined projects
- Self-manages tasks
- Works well in a team. Team-oriented, collaborative, accountable and dependable

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications in the administrator and/or consultant tracks
- Lightning interface experience
- Validity DemandTools experience
- Experience delivering in an Agile environment
