Role Overview

In this role you will:
- Manage ticket queue and provision access requests as requested.- Provisioning/de-provisioning of ERP accesses of employees and CWs.- Ensure requests contain proper approvals and reviewing completed requests for accuracy.- Provide reports, provisioning and approval evidence when requested by auditors.- Support ad hoc requests & projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the service level agreement (SLA), established processes, security controls and corporate policies.- Build and nurture positive working relationships with dependent teams with the intention to meet the objectives.- Proactively respond to requests to provide broad level of support to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve access related issues.- Problem identification and timely resolving with the relevant solution for internal users. Maintaining operations support documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.- High level of fluency in spoken and written English.- 2 - 3 years of experience in GRC, SAP Security, Access Management & Ticketing Tool / ServiceNow.- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel).- Should have very good knowledge/experience in User Access Management Process, SAP GRC (ARM) & Reporting.- Knowledge & understanding of SAP Security module.- Good experience in ticketing tools like Service Now, etc.
