Tele caller Executive

Experience: 2-5 years (Experience in Hotel Industry will be added advantage)

Salary 20,000 to 25,000 pm

communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone to generate leads, make sales, or provide customer support. They engage in outbound and inbound calls, acting as the voice of the company to promote products, gather feedback, and resolve issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote products or services, and build relationships.
- Inbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Pitching products or services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with customers, and updating customer databases.
- Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns and finding solutions to their issues.
- Meeting Targets: Achieving daily/weekly call targets and sales goals.

**Skills**:

- **Multi Languages**: Telugu, English, Hindi
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear and persuasive verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport.
- **Sales Skills**: Understanding sales techniques, closing deals, and managing objections.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Providing empathetic and helpful service, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive attitude.
- **Organization and Time Management**: Managing multiple calls, keeping accurate records, and prioritizing tasks.
- **Computer Skills**: Utilizing CRM software and other tools to manage customer data.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
