**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Development**: Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules, tailored to different learning styles.
- **Needs Assessment**: Collaborate with department heads to identify multimedia training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Stay updated on the latest multimedia tools and trends, integrating them into training programs to enhance learning experiences.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,735.07 - ₹60,092.67 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
