EO enables learners to access IIT Bombay’s world-class faculty and research expertise through online, hybrid, and in-person programs that blend academic depth with industry relevance.Role Overview: TheMultimedia Specialistwill support IIT Bombay’s faculty in creating high-quality video lectures and course content for online and hybrid learning programs. The role involves hands-onvideography, video editing, and multimedia productionusingAdobe Creative Cloud (non-negotiable)tools.You will collaborate closely withfaculty, videographers, and instructional designersto ensure visual and academic excellence in every course produced.Key Responsibilities: Assist faculty during course recording sessions; manage lighting, sound, and video setup. Capture and edit instructional videos, interviews, and educational features. Design animations, transitions, and motion graphics for learning modules. Maintain production quality and consistency with IIT Bombay’s brand standards. Coordinate with videographers and editors to deliver polished, publication-ready content. Manage multimedia equipment and maintain a structured digital asset library.Desired Experience / Skills: At least 3 years’ hands-on experiencein videography, video editing, and multimedia content creation. Strong proficiency inAdobe CC Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)is mandatory. Experience working withfaculty, educators, or e-learning teamspreferred. Good understanding of visual storytelling and camera techniques.
