**The Role**

We’re looking for a **Copy Supervisor** who’s fluent in both Hindi and English, has a strong grip on brand thinking, and can lead ideas across campaigns. You’ll work closely with the creative and Account teams to deliver content that’s crisp, relevant, and impact-driven.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead creative thinking and copy across digital campaigns, videos, ads, and social media
- Write and review copy in both Hindi and English
- Craft brand narratives and tone of voice
- Guide a team of junior writers and collaborate with designers and art directors
- Work on campaign ideas, pitches, and big-ticket projects
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and originality in all content
- Partner with strategy and servicing teams to shape brand communication

**Requirements**:
- 3-4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in an agency setup
- Strong command over both Hindi and English
- Experience writing for multiple formats: social, video, long-form, campaigns
- Good understanding of brand tone, audience insights, and platform trends
- Team player who can take the lead, guide others, and still write great copy
- Portfolio that reflects sharp thinking and fresh ideas
