Profile- Design Supervisor Experience- 4+ Years (Digital Agency Experience) Location: Lower ParelRoles & Responsibilities: • Report directly to the ACD/CD – Art, while working alongside a Copy Supervisor and Account Manager to plan and execute brand deliverables. • Manage a minimum of 5 brands, collaborating with assigned designers and motion graphic artists. • Oversee end-to-end brand work – from content calendar planning, brainstorming, referencing, execution to final delivery with your team. • Lead pitches and campaigns from ideation and brainstorming through to execution. • Mentor, train, and groom team members by conducting workshops, seminars, and training sessions on the latest design trends, AI tools, and software. • Proactively pitch value-add campaigns beyond monthly scope – such as seasonal promotions, launches, photoshoots, films, CGI, etc. • Leverage in-house resources (studio, cameraman, 3D artist) to create high-quality, innovative content.Requirements: • Proven experience as a Team Lead / Senior Art Director in an advertising agency. • Strong background in team management and handling multiple brands simultaneously. • Expertise in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro. • Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Kling). • Strong art direction skills with the ability to conceptualize and lead campaigns/pitches. • Bonus: Proficiency in Blender, 3D software, illustration, or doodling.
