Oversee machine shop operations, ensuring that all production goals, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign work to machine operators, CNC operators, and other shop personnel.
- Monitor workflow, ensure machine uptime, and resolve any issues that may impact production.
- Oversee the daily activities of packing personnel to ensure products are packed correctly and on schedule.
- Ensure that all packed products meet safety, quality, and company standards.
- Monitor the packing process for efficiency and quality control, ensuring the smooth flow of products from production to shipping.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with vendors to secure the best deals for the company.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
