**Production Planning & Supervision**:

- Oversee machining operations, including **CNC, milling, turning, grinding, and drilling**.
- Plan daily production schedules based on order requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure smooth coordination between **fabrication, machine shop, and assembly departments**.

**Team Management & Training**:

- Supervise machinists and technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Provide training on **machine operation, safety procedures, and quality standards**.
- Maintain a disciplined, efficient, and goal-oriented work environment.

**Quality Assurance & Process Optimization**:

- Ensure all machined components meet required tolerances and specifications.
- Work with the **quality control team** to minimize defects and rework.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

**Machine Maintenance & Safety Compliance**:

- Monitor machine health, schedule maintenance, and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments.

**Inventory & Documentation**:

- Track raw material and tooling availability, coordinating with the **purchase team** as needed.
- Maintain records of production output, machine utilization, and maintenance logs.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
