**Job Description: Digital Marketer Specializing in Instagram and Facebook Marketing**
**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketer with a strong specialization in Instagram and Facebook marketing to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing campaigns on these platforms to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy Development**:
- Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored specifically for Instagram and Facebook platforms, aligning with overall marketing and business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for Instagram and Facebook marketing.
- **Content Creation and Management**:
- Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all posts.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, ensuring optimal timing for maximum reach and engagement.
- **Audience Engagement**:
- Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and strategies.
- **Paid Advertising Campaigns**:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, including ad creation, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Monitor and adjust ad performance based on key metrics, such as click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **Influencer Collaboration**:
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and collaborators within the industry to amplify brand exposure and reach.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling and authentic content that aligns with the brand's values.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of Instagram and Facebook campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports showcasing key metrics, trends, and the impact of marketing efforts on business objectives.
- **Social Media Trends and Innovation**:
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, features, and technologies on Instagram and Facebook, and recommend innovative strategies to leverage them.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful Instagram and Facebook marketing campaigns, with tangible results.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Certifications in social media marketing or relevant fields are advantageous.
