**Responsibilities**
- Administer the creation of employee profiles of new hires in the APAC region, including India
- Running New Hire HR Orientations for our India and APAC new hires, as well as running New Hire Meet and Greets for the same locations
- Auditing the timely submission of IT preferences, and coordinating with relevant stakeholder teams to ensure that new hire preboarding paperwork is completed in a timely manner
- Act as a point of contact for new hires as needed
- Drive engagement amongst our new hires
- Liaise with the regional HR team and COEs in maintaining required new hire paperwork
- Maintaining the communications we share with new hires, and ensuring same is kept up to date
- Collaborating closely with Onboarding Lead to design and deliver considered content, tailored to the needs of our APAC new hires
- Participate in global and local People (HR) team initiatives and projects
- 1+ years of experience in Recruiting, HR or with employee onboarding programs
- Close attention to detail, the data we work with is integral to various HR functions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to maintain data in order to drive actionable change
- Flexibility to wear many hats, and multi-task
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Charisma For APAC and India, you will be the first person our new hire's meet
- Must be a self-starter, take ownership of their work with the can-do and no-job-is-too-small attitude
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor as well as a true team player
