We’re seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support our growing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain client information in the salon’s database.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies.
- Generate and review reports as needed.
- Assist with inventory tracking and management.
- Support the salon team with administrative tasks as required.
- Handle and safeguard confidential client and business information.
- Perform routine data backups and ensure data integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in a salon or beauty industry setting.
- Familiarity with salon management software.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
