Contract Duration 5 MonthsCompany OverviewSturlite Electric Pvt Ltd headquartered in Bangalore is a leading Manufacturing and Trading company specializing in a wide range of electrical products including LED lights fans wires and switches With a workforce of 501-1000 employees we are committed to delivering quality and innovation within the manufacturing industry For more information please visit our website at Job OverviewWe are seeking a fresher for the position of Data Entry in our Bangalore office This is a contract employment opportunity requiring a keen eye for detail and precision The ideal candidate will handle various data entry tasks and should be comfortable working with basic office software No prior work experience is needed making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their career in a reputable company Roles and Responsibilities Input accurate data into company databases and maintain complete and organized documentation Verify and ensure accuracy of data before entering into the corresponding systems Utilize Tally for financial data entry and ensure all entries are error-free and up-to-date Execute VLook Up functions in Excel for sorting and analyzing data as needed Assist in compiling and generating routine reports as well as ad-hoc data requests from management Perform routine clerical tasks to support the office workflow such as filing and document handling Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any data discrepancies promptly Stay updated with company guidelines and procedures to ensure all data handling meets set standards Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Tally data entry and Excel is mandatory for this position Strong familiarity with MS Office applications to ensure efficient handling of data-related tasks Ability to perform VLook Up functions in Excel for effective data management and analysis Basic computer operation skills are necessary enabling quick adaptation to new software and tasks Prior experience with clerical work will be beneficial enhancing organizational and data management skills Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data entry and minimizing errors in documentation Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently Good communication skills to effectively work within a team and comply with supervisory instructions
