**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**: Create and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of our pathology laboratory services among doctors and hospitals.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, and hospital administrators.
- **Conduct Sales Visits**: Visit doctors’ offices, clinics, and hospitals to present our laboratory services, address inquiries, and provide detailed information about our diagnostic tests.
- **Promote Services**: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our pathology tests and services, including turnaround times, accuracy, and customer support.
- **Manage Leads and Referrals**: Track and follow up on leads and referrals, ensuring that healthcare professionals are informed about our services and encouraged to refer their patients.
- **Organize Events**: Plan and participate in medical seminars, conferences, and workshops to promote our laboratory and engage with the medical community.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and enhance our marketing efforts.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a medical or a related field.
- ⁠Strong communication skills.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Nashik, India.
- The pay range is between ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 18,000 per month.
- Shift: Day shift.
- Competitive salary and benefits package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
