Service Advisor

**Customer service**: Greeting customers, explaining services, and building relationships
- **Communication**: Communicating with customers about vehicle problems, insurance, and warranty issues
- **Scheduling**: Scheduling appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups
- **Repair coordination**: Consulting with technicians about repairs, alternatives, and costs
- **Customer satisfaction**: Ensuring customers are satisfied with the services they receive
- **Sales**: Selling products and services to customers
- **Marketing**: Finding new customers and marketing the dealership's services
- **Office duties**: Performing general office duties and receiving complaint logs
- **Maintenance advice**: Advising customers on proper car maintenance
- **Vehicle status**: Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
- **Testing drive cars**: Testing drive cars to confirm repairs have been done correctly
- **Resolving complaints**: Resolving possible customer complaints after repair services are offered

Pay: Up to ₹25,099.86 per month
