**Responsibilities**:
1. Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute effective digital advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.

2. Campaign Management: Help construct and bring to life marketing programs, and successfully create and roll-out highly-targeted and broad demand generation programs that engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle. Platforms include Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

3. Messaging: Be able to understand the minds of our buyers to create authentic conversations and promotions that move them through the funnel, and help speed up sales velocity.

4. Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure cost
- effectiveness and maximum ROI.

5. Ad Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

6. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Ability to analyze marketing program outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to inform decision making.

7. Audience Targeting: Utilize audience targeting tools to reach specific demographics and segments, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.

8. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad copy, design, and targeting strategies.

9. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in digital advertising platforms to ensure Thinksys remains at the forefront of innovation.

10. Continuous Improvement: Always strengthening best practices while evaluating the latest B2B marketing strategies, marketing technologies, experimenting and optimizing different tactics, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales pipeline and revenue goals.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Digital Ads Manager.

2. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

4. Expert experience in conversion tracking through Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

5. Excellent understanding of how to analyze and optimize conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel.

6. Creativity and a keen eye for design and messaging.

7. Must have experience in B2B.
