Through GrowClinic.io, we help healthcare providers across India convert high-intent searches into real appointments. Our focus is not impressions or clicks, but qualified leads, cost efficiency, and booking-ready traffic . Role Overview We are hiring a Google Ads Expert with minimum 18 months of hands-on experience managing lead generation campaigns for clinics and hospitals . This is a full-time remote role (India) . You will independently manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end with one clear goal: generate high-quality patient leads at an optimised cost per lead (CPL). Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and scale Google Search and Performance Max campaigns for clinics and hospitals Perform treatment-based, intent-driven keyword research Create compliant, high-converting ad copies for healthcare services Optimise bids, budgets, quality scores, and conversion rates Track and improve CPL, lead quality, and ROI Set up and manage conversion tracking (calls, forms, WhatsApp) Coordinate with landing pages and lead funnels Monitor daily performance and make data-backed optimisations Mandatory Requirements Minimum 18 months of Google Ads experience Direct experience generating leads for clinics or hospitals (mandatory) Strong understanding of healthcare search intent and ad compliance Hands-on experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting Ability to manage multiple clinic accounts independently Good to Have Experience with landing page CRO Experience with WhatsApp or CRM-based lead flows Experience scaling local healthcare campaigns city-wise Why Join Cloutrr / GrowClinic.io Work exclusively on healthcare lead generation Remote-first, performance-driven environment Growth based on results, not tenure Opportunity to work on real clinic budgets and real patient funnels Apply by sharing your details and screening form response.
