**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit prospective clients in the industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
- Promote Teutonic Engineering’s product range (hydraulic cylinders, power packs, valves, manifolds, etc.).
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.
- Generate and follow up on quotations, sales leads, and inquiries.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for customized solutions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on field visits and sales activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meets as needed.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor data.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Automobile or any relevant field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in industrial / B2B sales preferred (Hydraulic products experience is an added advantage).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of mechanical components and hydraulic systems
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is a must

**Compensation**:
Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentives (Based on performance)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
